1. How much do you charge for property management services?

Residential Properties: 7.5% to 10% of rent collected every month depending on the type of property.

Commercial Properties: 5% to 7.5% of rent collected every month depending on the type of property.

2. What is your process for finding and screening tenants?

We have a comprehensive tenant screening process that includes background checks, credit checks, employment verification, and rental history verification. Our goal is to find reliable and responsible tenants who meet our criteria and have a track record of timely rent payments.

3. How do you handle property maintenance and repairs?

The Managers consults the principal on all major repairs of the building and obtain consent for works exceeding an agreed amount or otherwise as instructed by the property owner unless otherwise of emergency nature and the management may be retained to supervise the works from time to time at a fee to be agreed not less than 5% of capital sum.

4. How do you collect rent and handle late payments?

We collect all the monthly rent between 3rd and 5th of the month and promptly remitted thereafter, any rent arrears is followed and forwarded immediately.
The rents are either deposited in clients accounts or our account depending on the arrangements made by the parties.

5. How do you handle emergencies or after-hours maintenance requests?

We have an emergency hotline available 24/7 for tenants to report urgent maintenance issues.

6. How often do property owners receive reports and updates on my property?

We provide regular financial reports and updates on your property’s performance. Typically, we provide monthly or quarterly reports that detail rental income, expenses, repairs, and any other relevant information. We are also available to discuss the property’s status and address any questions or concerns you may have.
